The regular redaction:

still reveals info by the shape.
How can I redact that block as one rectangle?

If you hold Shift while placing redaction, you can, use it in "exclusive mode" which prevents text selection (allowing you to place a rectangle area instead). This is also the default if you simply click to begin placing the redaction area far enough away that text is not selected.
