How to set spell checking in forms and text fields to be in Polish?

thanks for the post and excellent question. At the bottom left of the main window is the "Options" menu, in there is a button to open the "Spellcheck Pane", at the bottom of which is a link to open the Spellcheck options:

whish opens this:

and finally the "Add/Update Languages" button to search the list for Polish:
