Suggestion: Dialogue to "Populate PDF Forms"

Hi

two small suggestions:

a) The "Recent Files" should also have a "Pin feature" (like the "open PDF dialogue"). So the most important forms can be reached quickly all the time.

b) Under "Clear Recents" I expected a sub-command like "delete not existing / reduce to x entries" (same as in "Open PDF"), but it is a simple "Delete all recents". So the wording could be changed to "delete" too - that's absolutely clear.

Thank you for the suggestions, regarding the first one, I will pass this along to the dev team for review, and see what they think about it.

For the second item, I believe "clear" is a more accurate word than delete would be. Having a button that says 'delete recent files" would worry some users that they may be irrecoverably deleting these files form their system, or conversely, implying that pressing that button does delete the files so they don't need to worry about removing them manually. This does not delete any files, it simply clears out the list that we have recorded.

"delete the list of files.." would be more clear, but yes - that's cosmetic stuff from prio 10.
