Hi!
I want to uninstall 9.5.368 and install 9.4.364.
I did the unistall in Windows. And reinstalld 9.4 and then restarted the computor.
But PDF-X still starting 9.5.
In "about" I can see that 9.5 is available and 9.4 is installed.
What to do?

One of two things is likely happening here. Either you have not run the correct previous installer to get V9.4 installed, or you have a security or other such software which is forcibly auto-updating our application.
If it is the former, you will need to ensure that you have a license which is capable of accessing that version, then you can log into your user account, and view this page: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/versio ... change-pro
If you are signed into an account with a key that is able to cover old builds, you will find those old builds listed on the page here.
If you are certain you ran the correct installer, it will be a third party app updating our software. Some common security apps, like Norton, are known to do this in the name of patching for security, and while we have reached out to ask them not to, as it can break our clients licensing, you may need to manually disable that feature in your security software before you will be able to roll back.
