All of my comments including sticky notes, highlights, annotations and shapes are appearing grey. I have loaded the same file into Adobe and they are appearing in the correct colours, but not in PDF-XChange Editor. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,
All of my comments including sticky notes, highlights, annotations and shapes are appearing grey. I have loaded the same file into Adobe and they are appearing in the correct colours, but not in PDF-XChange Editor. Any advice would be appreciated.
