Compare PDFs: SO GREAT! - How about a command line param?

The compare PDFs tool is amazing -- so useful and visually stunning!

My request: can we have a command line parameter to open directly to the comparison of two documents?
like:

We have had an internal discussion and this feature request has been turned down. We will not be looking at adding command line options for the comparison tool!
