How to remove content and leave blank space

PDF-Exchange Editor
Build 10.0.1.371 ( 28 Jun 2023 )

I would like to remove scanned content from my file and leave a blank space instead of using the redaction feature which leaves black bars.

Hello, like2edit

The redact tool will work for this, you simply need to look to the "format" tab after selecting the redaction tool (before placing the redaction boxes), and then change the redaction color from black to "none":
