PDF-XChange Viewer Arabic language corruption

Hi, I would like to thank you for your effort. I am trying PDF-XChange version 2.0 build 0036 portable on Windows Vista Ultimate. I opened a PDF that has both Arabic and Japanese scripts embedded and the pages were corrupted. Some text did appear in Arabic in the footnotes but not the main page. I have a link for the PDF. Have downloaded file and checked here - and the problem is not reproduced on my PC.

However this document contains some non-embedded fonts with encoding Identity-H, which provides NO information about the actual character codes, just glyph indexes, which cannot be used to identify glyphs in other fonts.

So to display this pdf correctly these fonts MUST EITHER BE installed on the target PC or you could remake the PDF file (if possible) from the original source material and this time embed the fonts.
