[BUG] Selecting Stamps

Open the Stamps drop list and hold down any key besides "S" (which brings up the Stamps dialogue. The repeating key gives a not found beep.

I presume that the plan is to have acclerator keys for selecting different stamps, but this doesn't currently work.
