insert pages function in PDF-Xchange viewer pro

Q. I want to use the insert pages function in PDF-Xchange viewer pro.
When I look at the document menu Insert pages is greyed out.
The document I want to insert pages into does allow changes to be made.
What am I not doing?

A. Scheduled - Build 2.037 ?
Extract/Insert PDF pages (Scheduled - Build 2.037)
Crop Pages/Files (Scheduled - Build 2.037)

Q. It appears when about to be distributing ?
The live is the update expense no charge?
