Switching to UI to Classic
On the current build my program crashes when I attempt to switch from Ribbon UI to Classic UI.

Thank you for opening a second thread about this, I mentioned this on your other post, but if you can follow the steps here to record a crash dump, that would be helpful: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowledgeba ... estigation
I cannot yet seem to reproduce the issue, so it would also help if you could confirm that you only have one installation of our software currently (please check under the windows control panel) and then confirm that it is fully updated and running version 10.2.0.384.

I will try to recreate - I have two separate licenses for Editor Plus and after restarting my laptop it is working perfectly. I will restart my desktop later today and see if that resolves it.
