Typewriter fields skip down when reselected

I am having a strange issue that began about a week ago. When I use the typewriter tool, then do something else so the typewriter field I just created is not active, then select the original typewriter field again for editing, the field skips down on the page about one line.

It didn't used to do this and I don't remember updating, so is there a setting that could be causing this strange issue?
