File compatibility

Post by evander »

I have had occasional issues with sending PDF files that I have marked up using the free version of PDF-XChange Viewer (rectangle tool, typewriter tool, etc.). Currently using Version 2.0 Build 0037.

When the user on the other end opens the files using Adobe Acrobat Reader (version unknown), the markups I generated do not always appear; they see the unmarked original document but none of the changes I've made.

To ensure that the markups are visible, do I need to create a new PDF file with the markups by sending to my PDF printer or should they be visible simply by saving the file?

sure it should be visible simply by saving the file.

Can you send us any document where are such markups ?
