[Req] Change TextGamma value from Preferences window

Hello developers,

I know there is a trick to change "TextGamma" value so that texts can be displayed better for some users.
But not every user know this trick, and it is not so convenient.

On the other hand, the default "TextGamma" value is not so good for non-English texts.

Thus, I'd like to suggest to add an option in the "Preferences" window so that users can change it easily (and perhaps can see the result immediately?).
