RT#7677: Auto-scroll when dragging fails w/ comment types

Hello all,

When the page is zoomed in, dragging the selected comment annotation off the screen automatically scrolls the page, but I found that there are two types of comments: those that scroll and those that do not.

Auto-scrolling

• Line
• Arrow
• Rectangle
• Oval
• Polyline
• Polygon
• Cloud

No auto-scrolling

• Typewriter
• Text box
• Callout
• Stamp
• Pencil
• Redaction

Although not comments, links are also classified as non-auto-scrolling. There may still be room for improvement in PDF-XChange Editor.

Incidentally, Acrobat scrolls automatically regardless of comment type, but the operation response is very poor compared to PDF-XChange Editor.
