Report a Problem Behavior

When using the "Report A Problem" option off of the Help menu, what should one expect after they click the [Next] button? At the top of the window, it indicates that you will have the opportunity to edit the message before sending, but I never have seen any such opportunity after pressing the [Next] button. Is something supposed to happen after pressing the [Next] button? Is there an opportunity to edit, or is the text at the top of the window just a leftover from a previous process? Thanks.

When Next pressed into the "Report a Problem" window, default email client should be opened with new email window. Here you can edit your message.
If you have no default email client, or programm has no permissions to run email client, you cannot send report.

How does one go about troubleshooting why this does not work? I can click on email links in the web browser (IE), and a new email is started. I am using Pegasus Mail.

Handler of mailto URLs and MAPI client is a bit different things.
The viewer uses MAPI protocol to work with mail client, and passes via this API such parameters as subject, message body, destination email address and attachments.

Now I will download Pegasus Mail and will check if there is option to set it up as default MAPI client.

Into installation folder of Pegasus (by default it is C:\PMAIL\Programs\) there is file wpmmapi.exe.
It is installation of MAPI for Pegasus (don't ask me why it is separate installation and why they don't install it during programm installation). Just install it and the Viewer will be able to use Pegasus.
