Comment - Note mouseover display delay

Hi,

There is a noticeable display delay when performing a mouseover action on a Note comment to display its content.

It will be great to display the note content immediatly cause the mouseover delay gives a bad user experience when using a stylus.

For your reference, the mouseover note display is instant with Drawboard PDF.

Left screen side is Drawboard PDF, right one is PDFXCE

Thank you for the suggestion, I am always on board for instant information delivery, but I know some people find such "instant popups" to be distracting, so there is a fine line to be draw here. I have passed this suggestion up to the dev team for consideration.
