Hi,

It's a new tool suggestion in Comment > Drawing

Feature description
Freehand Highlighter fill region

For your reference, you can check the Fill Tool behavior in Concepts app https://concepts.app/en/

It's already somehow achievable in PDFXCE with the Comment > Drawing Polygon Tool

PDFXCE Polygon Tool (Action performed with a stylus). The issue is that user will have to make many dots

Why ? User scenario
Highlighting a region which is not a geometrical shape with a stylus
