I just wanted to let y'all know that Adobe just changed their TOS to where they claim that the own everything you make with their software. You might want to get your marketing team to spin up to take advantage of these.

I cannot offer my personal interpretations of Adobe's ToS, but I will instead provide a link to their official site, jumping to the relevant sections.
Note that as Stefan provided from a google search result, the excerpt about adobe specifically claiming not to own your content is still present. There are however, some additional notes following that, and I would implore everyone who cares to read their ToS directly, instead of believing any extrapolation from end users Twitter/X posts.
