Error message when sending the e-mail

Hello,

when I want to send a pdf file by e-mail, I get the following error message:

Error [Mail Lib]: General MAPI failure

There are few steps that may resolve the issue.

Please try those:

1) MAPI repair tool ( if the used email application is outlook):

2) Update to your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable libraries.

3) Update to the LTSC .NET Framework

unfortunately the three steps did not help, the error message is still there.

Hello Yvonne,

Can you please check under Help -> About which build of the Editor is currently installed on your end?
If it is anything older than 386 - can you please update and see if the same issue is still present?
