The customise option is available on the plug-in. I wonder if it is supposed to be?
I can create a new toolbar, but that's about as far as I get before the plugin freezes.

I had more success with a bit more patience. A new toolbar seems to be stuck on the top or second row of toolbars, but I was able to customise the toolbars more easily by making them floating.
