I'm aware of it and I've used your method already to manually remove the watermark, but it's quite time-consuming for PDFs with 400 or more pages. Do you have any suggestions for a faster way to remove this kind of watermarks at once?

Hello Nashaat Akeel,

The issue is that your text is not an actual watermark. It is just tilted text with some transparency.
If it were a 'proper' watermark then you would have been able to use Organize -> Watermarks -> Remove all:

To quickly clear your files. Unfortunately with that specific file the above won't work.

Assuming you don't have this same text elsewhere in the file, yes that would be a good option. Find an replace is accessible from the Find menu (Ctrl_F) by clicking the small arrow on the left side of the dialog:
