problem with paragraphs in word, when pasting text

Post by MKC »

Hello,
first of all thanks alot for your wonderful program! :-)

I encounter a problem when copying and pasting selected text to MS Word:

When I select a text of several lines within X-Change-Viewer, and copy it by pressing CTRL-C, and then paste it into Word, Word will add a new paragraph after each line. So, if I want to properly format the text in Word, I manually have to remove every single paragraph, which is pretty annoying.
The same happens if I
1. select the text in x-change viewer
2. right click --> copy as plain text (the option at top) ("als reinen Text kopieren" in German language bundle)
3. paste in word

While experimenting a litte bit, I found, that this does not occur, i.e. that Word does not add paragraphs after each line, if I:
1. select the text in x-Change-Viewer
2. right click --> Text properties
3. "copy to clipboard"
4. paste in Word

As these are three more steps, I would like to know, if there's a way, that I can copy several lines via "CTRL-C", without having manually to remove the paragraphs in Word.

Thanks alot in advance!

I couldn't find any shorter route, but I couldn't find any route at all in Adobe Reader.
