=== UPDATE ===================================================================
The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 10.4.2 build 390.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
I have noticed two visual bugs in the Edit Action: "Go to a Page in the Document" dialog that appears when editing the action list of a bookmark or link.

Issue 1
To open the Edit Action: "Go to a Page in the Document" dialog, the following steps must be taken
Create a bookmark or link and open its properties.
(A1) Double-click the Mouse Up item in the Action column or (A2) click the meatballs menu on the far right.
When the Edit Action List dialog opens, (B1) click the Edit button or (B2) double-click the Action item.

For this issue to occur, all three of the following conditions must be met
The named destination must be unset (it must be a new document)
In the second step above, (A2) click the meatballs menu on the far right.
In the third step above, (B2) double-click the Action item.
Strangely enough, only when you open the dialog with the combination of (A2) and (B2), the name does not appear on the dialog after adding a named destination. This is a temporary visual bug, as it will show up if you close and reopen the dialog. A verification video is shown below.

Issue 2
Edit Action: In the “Go to a Page in the Document” dialog, the Edit and Reset buttons were added in build 388. When a named destination has been set, pressing the Edit button to change some parameters will cause the item to be marked with a (*), and pressing the Reset button will cancel the change and the (*) will disappear. However, the (*) mark does not disappear immediately after pressing the Reset button, but only after one of the following operations is performed.
Hover the mouse over the named destination selection
Move the named destination selection with the cursor keys, etc.
A verification video is shown below.

Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.

Thanks for the, as always very thorough report!
Greatly appreciated.
I've created the ticket needed by the dev team to get to working on the fixes for those: #7126: Visual bugs when adding and resetting named destinations in Edit Action: "Go to a Page in the Document" dialog
And we will be posting here as soon as there are any news on the ticket!
I am relieved to share my situation with you. Please give my best regards to developers.
In writing this post, I am glad to know the term "meatballs menu".

What burgers, kebabs and UX have to do with each other

It is interesting that they are all related to food.

To be honest - that is the first time I've seen the "meatballs menu" being used as a term. I would normally refer to it as the "More options menu accessible fromt he three dots (...)." or something in those lines but it is an interesting wording
