Where are changes recorded to Stamps, Toolbars, etc.

When changes are made to save the customization of Toolbars, addition/deletions to Stamps, etc., where are the changes recorded?

For non-portable version: Settings are stored into registry, newly created stamp palettes stored into "%APPDATA%\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps", however custom stamps are loaded from this folder and from Stamps subfolder in Viewer installation folder.
For portable version: Settings are stored into settings.dat, and all custom stamps are stored into Stamps subfolder.
