The new version of Xchange Viewer(after 2.0 in my memory) doesn't support well for some pdf in Chinese, refer to the attachment.
The good.png means what is looks like in acrobat, the bad.png means what it looks like in Xchange, the pages.pdf contains the sample page.

Sorry, but your file does not apply pdf specification and do not display correctly on my PC in Adobe or Viewer - symbolic fonts must be embedded to display PDF correctly. Also, creator use some non-standard font naming scheme when create this file, so we cannot locate proper font even it is installed on target PC. Adobe (and maybe Foxit Reader) have some workarround for this case, but they works ony on some PC, where Chinese is default locale.
