Windows Shutting Program Down
I am using Pro version and windows has shut down a couple of times in the middle of working on PDF file while adding personalized stamps and I cannot use the undo, cut, copy and paste function in viewer. The program has shut down in viewer and PDF tools followed by a Microsoft error reporting message. I am using vista w/MS office 2003. I have sent an e-mail a couple of days ago addressing this issue and with all of the information requested through the help option in viewer and have not heard anything back. Any quick help/fix would be great.

Can you send us your custom stamps? The files with your custom stamps are located into the folder
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps, if you are working under Vista, or into
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Application Data\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps under W2k/XP/2003
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps, if you are working under Vista, or into
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Application Data\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Viewer\2.0\Stamps under W2k/XP/2003
