Signature does not show up

I have a tablet PC and use PDF-Xchange Viewer to sign signature on documents. I made sure my signature was saved properly. However, when I email the document to the recipients, one opens up the document but cannot see the signature at all, the other one sees my signature but was able to move my signature around and even able to delete it. Why is that? This is not safe to sign any important documents. Is there a solution? Thanks.

How you use the Viewer to sign your document? Viewer doesn't support signing of the document. This feature will be added into build 40.

I used "pencil tool" in the PDF-XChange Viewer to sign the signature. I was able to save the signature and re-open it with the new changes on my own computer. However, when the document is sent over to others, the recipient is not seeing what I'm seeing. Is that expected in the current build? Thanks.

I have attached a sample file, my sigature "Evelyn Xu" was signed using the pencil tool.
The recipients that could move around my signature and even to delete it use "Adobe Professional" and "foxit reader".
Is there a way to lock in the signature?

Sure, you can lock it. Right click on your signature, and select "Properties..." from context menu. Now on left bottom part of Properties dialog there will be button "Advanced". Press it and select "Locked".
By the way, using the same steps anybody can unlock your signature.

In your situation best case is to flatten all comments.

It does make sense. But how to flatten comments? I don't see it as an option in the PDF-Xchange viewer.

It is in the Document menu of the registered version.

In my document menu, there is no flatten comment option. Acutally all the options are grayed out, except for the Rotate Pages. I have purchased the PDF-XChange Viewer PRO online recently and my Swreg Order Number: Uxxxxxx. Do I have the registered version? I tried to get update on the new build, and my version is current. So why do I not see the flatten option?
