how to search/save/export annotations
Please advise me how to search the text I have entered as annotations, and how to export them to say XML/delimited text files.

Exporting annotations into XFDF will be available into build 39.
Also into this build there will be comments summarizing feature.
Available - this weekend.

Re: how to search/save/export annotations
Thanks I have downloaded 2.039 and installed. The comment summarize feature has output to txt file disabled; and it seems the Advanced-Set Current Properties as Default feature for Comments/Annotations/Sticky Notes/Stamps etc is not working because after I have changed the Author field to myself and set Current Properties as Default; new Sticky Notes created still have Administrator as Author; and any changes to Subject would revert back to "Sticky Note" notwithstanding. If I have missed something to allow changes to them, please let me know. If the features should have been activated, please send me a patch. Please also advise me whether it is possible to define default text in the text box of the comments, sort of carry-over the to the next annotation.

Author/Subject fields are not the subject of annotations default properties.
