BUG: summarize comments problem

in build 39 RC2:

The Summarize to text and rich text feature does not work. After selecting text and/or rich text as output the Options to define output directory and the Okay keys are disabled. The fact that the dropdown list has output to text and output to rich text choices would suggest they are supposed to work.

The Set Current Properties as Default feature of Comments is not working. New new comment will revert back to using the computer user as Author, and Subject as Sticky Note notwithstanding changes made to them, and Set Current Properties as Default both from the context menu and from the Proporties->Advance->Set Current Properties as Default sequence of commands. When one changes the Subjects for example, one would expect any new comments created thereafter will carry the changed subject, instead of "Sticky Note".

These are coming in the next build - the fact they are greyed out - means they are not yet available,

otherwise they would be enabled ...
