Cant open Bound Adobe files

We are finding that we cant open bound Adobe PDF files within PDF Xchange is there a fix for this?

could you please provide an example (zipped)

Also can you please confirm you have the latest build (2.039) ?

we are using version 2 build 38.1

This PDF file is PDF package (PDF file which contains cover sheet and a set of another PDF files inside). For now Viewer doen't support PDF packages.
Support of such PDF should be implemented into build 40 or 41.
