Pen tool improvements/suggestions

Hi,

1. the competitors pen tool applies smoothing after something is written, could this be included? (see sample)
2. there are some strange spikes created when using pen tool (see sample)
3. it would be nice to choose "pen commitment time" in the settings, time after releasing button and being able to continue the same pen comment.
4. If one is allowed to make disjoint writing, it seems natural that one should be able to "group" different pen comments into one. This would be welcomed
