Annotations in pdf

Hi,
I have a pdf file with annotation objects in it. The problem is that the xchange viewer does not show the title of the annotation.
I couldn't attach the pdf file so I have just copied the annotation object below

If you will read PDF Specification carefuly, you will note that type of /T entry into annotation dictionary should be string, not a name.
I know that Adobe handles name here too, but I don't think we need to make the similar 'workarrounds' as Adobe.
On my opinion, such Adobe's 'workarrounds' allows developers to produce incorrect PDF creators.
