pdf xchangeviewer not supported in grants.gov website

I am brought to attention by one of friend that Major problem for professional users who like to use pdfxchangeviewer in sites like grants.gov.
http://grants.gov/applicants/AdobeVersi ... stOnly.jsp

pdfxchangeviewer fails their test of compatible application. Adobe reader works perfectly fine.

Please do something about it.
