[FEATURE REQUEST] copy comments; add marks to stamp tool

Post by MKC »

Hello everybody!
I'd like to propose two features:
1. "copy comments":
I often add notes or textboxes, that don't contain any specific text but simply indicate something to me, to the PDFs I am reading. As I use many of them several times in a PDF, it would be easier to copy them than to create them anew everytime I need them.
(Stupid) Example: imagine you are reading a 10-page PDF-article about the best PDF-readers in the world. Everytime the authors mention "XChange Viewer" - and they will do many times! - you will want to put just a little note at the right or left side of the page saying "XChange Viewer", so that later on, you can see easily where you have been mentioned. It would be quite annoying to create anew such a note everytime they talk about you - it would be easier, if you could copy the nicely designed "X-Change Viewer"-note that you created, when they mentioned you the first time.

2. add "exclamation mark" and "question mark" to the stamp tool

Thank you very much and keep on the magnificent job you are doing!

You can create you own custom stamps. See this earlier thread. The best way is to create a PDF file with one stamp on each page and import them into PDF-XChange, but you can also use an image.
