Attached PDF doesn't display properly

This file doesn't display the first page in the latest version of PDF X-Change. It shows up in Foxit, but looks messed up.

I get the same as podhorny - first page does not exisit in adobe

There is at least two problems on first page.
1. Page does not contain valid resource dictionary, so no text will be displayed correctly. (resources are stored in object 15, which is free)
2. Page content is invalid. (object 12 contains invalid formatted text string).
Both of this does not conform PDF specification, so we can do nothing with this.

Sorry about that. I checked it in Foxit and it seemed to work. I'll let the authors know.
