Link between comment notes

Good morning, I apologize immediately if I have already asked this question, maybe yes but I can't find the topic.
I need to fill a scanned PDF file with comments...My idea is to put all my "encoded" summary on one page and repeat the same encoding on the commented page.
I'm asking if there's a way to keep two text notes connected so as to perform a page jump between them, let me explain better:
- on page 1 I make a note with "A" written
- on page 100 I repeat the same note with "A" written
Is there a way to jump between the two notes?
I'm also thinking of using bookmarks, but in this case I would need the bookmark correctly set on page 100, on page 1 to be a link to click (don't ask me why but it seems impossible to ask the recipient to open and use the bookmark bar).

Thanks for locating that other older post.
I am afraid that this is not likely to be possible to implement - due to how annotations are defined in the PDF specification.
So if quick navigation between parts of the document is needed - there would need to be added, separately from the comments themselves, some links or buttons for further navigation.
