Thumbnail Move Zoomed View

Hello all,

When you are zoomed in on a document, there is a orange rectangle that represents your current view on the thumbnail of the current page in the Thumbnail Pane. I could swear I used to be able use my mouse to click on a different spot of the thumbnail to move the orange box around the thumbnail and subsequently my view in the main viewing window. Did I turn this function off somehow, was this removed, or am I dreaming of this from another program? Thanks for any ideas!

Thank you Daniel that's it! I had my thumbnail pane shrunk down and the options icon was clipped off so I was hunting in the Preferences for the setting.
