Instability problem

Instability problem
I purchased PDF-Xchange 4 PRO yesterday and installed the product. My invoice number is U29097084. Later in the day my machine became unstable. It would die without warning, going straight to a black screen, and then fail to reboot properly. This happened repeatedly over a period of a few hours. I'm running XP service pack 3. My machine has been very stable for many months. I uninstalled the software and everything seems stable again. I need to run it for the day before I re-install PDF-Xchange 4 PRO again to see if it has any effect. Have you had any similar reports of problems

We are not aware of such a problem and our product is installed all over the world every day.
