In Export Bookmarks to Text File feature, if filename is 4 characters or less, .txt extension isn't added to output file

Hello all,

I noticed that when specifying a filename in the Export Bookmarks to Text File feature, if the file name is 4 characters or less, the output file will not have the .txt file extension, but if it is 5 characters or more, the output file will have the .txt file extension.
