Licence no longer valid (V10)

Hello,

We have a 10 user licence package of PDF-Xchange Editor, the licence information is as follows:

Since this morning one of them is no longer valid:

I removed the licence and try to add it new, but it is still not valid. What can I do?

PS: I forgot to tell, that I de-rigister the licence in our company account, but the result is the same (currently 9 licences are activated).

Hello Michael,

That message means that you have installed version , not suitable with your current license.

Many thanks for this info!

I checked the version of the installed programm and it was 10.6.xxx and this is not covered by our licence. No idea, who or why this update was done (the setting for automatically updates are off) on one PC, but after new installation all works fine!!!
