Retain Orientation for Custom Paper Size Type

Currently retain orientation is only available for By Page and Standard types. I align the dimensions of scanned books to the largest page dimensions in the book. These are almost never standard, and the largest width and height dimensions almost never occur on the same page.

As you have found, there is no way to do this yet, however, I have raised it with the Dev team for the future.
In the meantime, I suppose the best solution would be a 2 step process.
1. Resize one page to the desired custom size.
2. Then use the "type - By page" option, to convert all others to match that target page size (which has a retain orientation option).
