How to organize pens and markers

I'd like to set up a collection of pens and markers that I use on a regular basis. I did put something together, but then I wanted to add one more pen, and I could not figure out how to reshuffle the pens and markers to organize them by thickness.
I'd like to have markers together, for instance. But when I add another, it is separated from the others.

At the moment it is not possible to change the order in the Comment Styles Palette. The following topic might be helpful.
