Blank page PDF export

HI, I get blank pages when exporting to PDF. This is for converting the work book. I also have this random saving to PDF box.

When you say "exporting to PDF" could you explain the process you are using which causes these to appear? It looks like you are choosing to print to PDF from another app, which has sent multiple print jobs to our printer engine.

As for the reference of blank pages, we would need to see the original file being exported, and know the application you are exporting from to offer any ideas.

This is within PDF xchange addin.

It doesn't work in excel. No setting has been changed.

Okay, I am so far unable to reproduce your issues when working with our MS Excel Office toolbar addin. All of my exports contain the same text and other such content as in the sheet I am working with, and they send as a single print job as well.

Perhaps this is a bug of an older version? Have you confirmed that you are using the latest available version of our software (10.6.2.396)? In not, please do so now, and then restart your PC. Afterwards, try converting this way from excel once again.

If it fails again after that, please do send the previously requested sample files, so we can troubleshoot further. It is also important to see your settings in this case, so screenshots of the toolbar addin "settings" menu's would be appreciated.

I updated from the 10.4.x version to 10.6.0.396. Looks like it fixed it, that was a quick one then.
