Error when updating properties

When I updated the colour property of several comments I got a fatal error when changing the last comment.

for example I had twenty pink lines on a doc when I tried to change the property of the last pink line to another colour the application failed.

Could you please use the option 'Help -Report a Problem' and supply the file that was in use and any other info please and we will investigate.

I have tried to use the "report a problem" link. It doesn't seem to work with our email (lotus notes). I get an error message with lotus notes and PDF xchange viewer crashes.

The message proforma has an attachment but has no address details so I cannot send.

Further to my previous post. The fault is quite repeatable however it does appear to be specific to this PC (windows 2000 with only 256Mb ram).

I have tried the same thing on other PC's also with windows 2000 but more memory and also on an XP machine and cannot replicate the fault.
