Edit a row in a tabular format as separate boxes

Hi all,
I have a question when editing a PDF document.

I have documents (Invoices, Quotations, Delivery note, etc.) with a tabular format.
If I open the document to be edited in PDF-Xchange, I can only edit the row as a whole, but I want to edit each column in that tabular format on its own. Here is a screenshot of PDF Xchange:

If I open the document in another PDF editor like Acrobat, I can select and edit each column in a row as separate box:

How is PDF-Xchange deciding how to let the user edit the text?
Is there a setting in PDF-Xchange to handle the text editing like in Acrobat, that you have different boxes per row instead of editing the row as a whole?

For selecting text this works fine, but if I want to edit the text, I can only select and edit the row as a whole:

Hi,

To me, it seems like you are still using an older version of PDF-XChange Editor (version 9 or older).

Can you please verify if you can upgrade to version 10, build 371 or later ?
The newest version is build 397.

In these later versions, there is a distinction between Edit Text and Edit Objects / Text Elements.
I suppose, you will need this latest one option.

Please update your product to the latest version to take advantage of the new features.
