Critical Issue: Disjointed Arabic Text Preventing Search in PDF-XChang SOLVED

Dear PDF-XChange Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical and severe issue that I continuously face with PDF-XChange software, which has significantly impacted my workflow and months of effort.
Problem Description:
After saving PDF files in the program, connected Arabic letters are incorrectly transformed into disjointed or separated characters. This specifically occurs in:
Text on Images: Text placed on images appears with distorted and separated characters.
Bookmarks: Arabic bookmark names are saved with fragmented characters.
Impact (Severity):
The direct consequence of this issue is the complete inability to search for any Arabic word using the regular search function (Ctrl+F) within the program or any other PDF reader. The only workaround for searching is to copy the distorted text directly from the image or the bookmark and paste it into the search field, which is highly impractical and leads to a significant waste of time and effort.
Confirmation of Persistence:
What is most frustrating is that this issue is not temporary; the text remains distorted even when opening the files in other PDF programs. This confirms that the defect lies in how the original data is saved within the file by PDF-XChange. I have lost a substantial part of my effort in organizing files and titles due to this fundamental flaw.
My Attempts:
I have attempted to find programming solutions, including using JavaScript code within the program's environment to try and correct the text, but these attempts have failed to address the core problem in the file's text structure.

On my end, searching for these terms does not even work after copying the text directly into the Editor (before I consider saving the file). However, I also do not see any change in the document occur when the file is saved.

I have passed this case along to our Dev team for review, and will let you know when I have heard from them.

Would it be possible for you to provide a video showing the process as it happens, with the text changing? So far nothing we have done on this end has resulted in the reported change of text occuring. Alongside that, it would be helpful to have a details step-by-step process of the actions you take leading up to the issue being observed, so we can ensure we are testing correctly.

2-And in "Content" is it possible to add a search bar and clarify the division, meaning that the partition can be filled in every specific page or pages "according to my conditions" to pictures only, so each page appears and has only pictures or texts only and so on
