The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 10.7.0 build 398.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
When you select bookmarks in the Bookmarks pane, the “Delete but Retain Children” command becomes disabled as soon as the selection includes bookmarks that have a parent-child relationship. However, even if you change the selection using Ctrl+Click or similar, and the selection no longer includes bookmarks with a parent-child relationship, the command that was once disabled will not become enabled again. Currently, to re-enable the “Delete but Retain Children” command, you must restart the bookmark selection process from the beginning.
Please refer to the following verification procedure for details. The corresponding timecode in the video is also included. ([MM:SS] "MM" shows minutes, and "SS" shows seconds.)
- [00:03] Please select one bookmark in the Bookmarks pane. In the video, “Parent” is selected. Verify that the “Delete but Retain Children” command is enabled in the Options menu.
- [00:10] Hold down the Ctrl key and click the bookmark that is a child of the bookmark selected in Step 1 to add it to the selection. In the video, the bookmark “Child 1” is added to the selection. Verify that the “Delete but Retain Children” command is disabled in the Options menu.
- [00:17] Use Ctrl+Click to deselect the child bookmark. In the video, the bookmark “Child 1” is deselected from the selection. Even though you have returned to the same selection as in Step 1, where no parent-child relationship exists, confirm that the “Delete but Retain Children” command is still disabled in the Options menu.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Best regards,
rakunavi
