"Blocked" Documents made with PDF X-Change Viewer

So I've been using the free version of PDF-XChange Viewer for a long time. I have some documents that I can't edit any longer due to having used the free version; there are black and yellow badges in the corners of the documents prompting me to buy the full version. Since I need those documents and the Viewer is no longer supported I was hoping that buying a licence for PDF-XChange Editor would fix it, which it seemingly didn't.
Is there a way to make my documents editable again?

Welcome to our Forum.

You will not be able to delete those automatically with the paid version of the PDF Editor, but you will be able to delete them as you would normally do with the base content items you want to delete.
