PDF-Xchange Standard does not show up in printer list (ASUS A14 UX3407Q)

Post by pandu.wiranegara »

Hi, I am at a loss how the PDF-Xchange Standard printer does not show up in the Windows 11's Printers & scanners.

I'm running the Windows 11 on an Asus Zenbook A14 with Snapdragon processor and I have performed a complete reinstall.

Hi, pandu.wiranegara

thanks for the post and report.

Do both the driver and printer show up in "Print Management"?:

Hi Paul,

Thanks for responding so promptly, but somehow my Windows doesn't even seem to have such function.

Hello pandu.wiranegara,

Please try this:

Code: Select all

%systemroot%\system32\printmanagement.msc

..or just use Windows Search to find it:

Unfortunately, some Home versions of Windows do not have access to that console.

If yours is a Windows OS is a home version, you probably will still not be able to find it, with any of the methods above.
